Plain-language educational handouts designed for patients of The Sandusky Dyslipidemia Model clinic. These materials are written at a 6th–8th grade reading level and are intended to supplement — not replace — provider counseling.
Patient materials are currently available in English only. Additional languages may be added in future versions to expand access.
